Hi! Glad you wanted to read about what my little website is all about.
Hard Round is an extension from an art community I helped found for learning commercial illustration and game art, where I wanted to create a place to post articles about learning art, and try and get ideas that I don’t think are popular, more well known.
As I go, I would like to get more contributors to the website, and I’ll happily post up any well reasoned and thought out rebuttals to articles and opinions I put out there.
My name is Murry Lancashire, I’m an Australian artist, who has worked in the games industry, then worked for myself for a bunch of years, releasing a few small products that I released on gumroad. namely, Colour Constructor and the photoshop plugin Prisma Palette.
I’m working on a book about creativity, and am making a game with friends atm!
